As Chela Media scales and reaches key milestones—including revenue growth, audience expansion, and strategic market positioning—team members will have a clear path toward greater leadership and decision-making responsibility, expanded equity participation, paid retainers or salaried compensation, and the potential to transition into full-time executive leadership roles.

Distribution & Partnerships Lead (Fractional)
Chela Media is seeking a Distribution & Partnerships leader to help expand our reach and unlock strategic growth opportunities. This person will play a central role in building the partnership engine behind Chela Media by identifying, developing, and managing relationships that increase audience reach, strengthen brand equity, and create monetization opportunities.
The ideal candidate understands how to create leverage through partnerships and has strong relationships across media, creator, brand, or platform ecosystems. You will work closely with leadership to shape Chela Media’s external growth strategy and identify opportunities for distribution, sponsorship, licensing, syndication, and collaboration.
Success in this role requires strong business instincts, excellent relationship management, and the ability to translate conversations into high-value partnerships that create long-term strategic advantage. Operating Partner (Fractional)
Chela Media is seeking an Operating Partner to work directly with the founders as a strategic and operational force multiplier. This is a high-trust leadership role focused on helping transform vision into execution.
You will help create the systems, structure, and accountability needed to support sustainable growth. This includes improving planning processes, clarifying priorities, increasing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the organization can execute efficiently as it scales.

You are equally comfortable working at the strategic level with founders and rolling up your sleeves to solve tactical challenges.

Growth & Audience Development Lead (Fractional)
Chela Media is seeking a Growth & Audience Development leader to help scale audience, engagement, and community. This person will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that turn attention into loyalty and build sustainable audience growth across channels.
You will help Chela Media better understand audience behavior and identify high-leverage opportunities across social, newsletters, community, partnerships, SEO, and other growth channels. Your work will focus not only on acquisition but also on retention, engagement, and conversion into a deeply loyal audience.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern media growth and knows how to connect content strategy with measurable growth outcomes. You are analytical, experimental, and highly execution-oriented, with a clear understanding of how growth loops are built and scaled.
